My name is Wakako and I'm Japanese. After several years' experience in a major luxury group, I felt the need for a new challenge in a different environment and I joined STATEMENT last September.
What is your role at STATEMENT?
As Store Manager, my main tasks are to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the shop, optimise sales, supervise the team and offer a warm welcome to everyone who visits the shop, while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
What services do you offer in shop?
In the boutique, we offer a personalised appointment service to help you choose your jewellery, as well as a jewellery spa, to bring out the sparkle in our customers' jewellery while they discover our collections. In addition, we offer the possibility of organising private events for special occasions such as birthdays.
What STATEMENT jewellery do you wear?
I wear a mini pyramid Rockway semi-paved ring. It was with this ring that I discovered the brand. For me, it represents the very essence of STATEMENT, evoking a deeply personal feeling. I also wear the 5-row Stairway ring. When I wear it, I feel powerful. The arrows pointing upwards symbolise the courage it gives me.
What is your main belief in life? The one that guides you the most.
My main belief is to live without regrets because you can learn from every experience, whether positive or negative, and what guides me is my intuition because I find that it helps me to find creative solutions in life.
